NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council has made an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED: L-2708 Bridge Street, from it’s junction with Main Street R885, to its junction with North Quay L-6712/L-27018.
PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: From 07.00hrs on Monday 01 September 2025 to 19.00hrs on Sunday 28 September 2025.
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: Follow Main St R885, through Westgate on to Greystone St. and on to N24 Well Road, to the junction of the N24 at Deerpark. Turn South on to L-6712 and continue to Bridge Street.
REASON FOR CLOSURE: Repair and replacement of water mains

Decision To Close Roads To Facilitate Quest Lough Derg 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council has made an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED: Closure 1: The L-6090-0 & L-6092-0 Lakeshore Drive, Ballina, Including parking spaces adjacent to Flanagan’s on the Lake

Closure 2: Graves of the Leinster Men, Ballina, Road from Derrybeg to Cloneybrien to Cooneen.
The L-2134-0, L-6038 and partial closure on the L-6037-0.

From 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs on Saturday 13 September 2025.
Closure 2: Graves of the Leinster Men Road
From 06:00hrs to 13:00hrs on Saturday 13 September 2025.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate the Quest Lough Derg Event.

Tipperary Sports Partnership is facilitating an 12 week Aquafit Programme for Older Adults, both Men and Women in Nenagh and Carrick on Suir. Aqua-Fit is A Water-Based exercise Programme that caters for all levels and abilities.

Nenagh Municipal District are currently carrying out road surfacing works at Kilkeary on the R498 Nenagh Thurles Regional road.

The road at Kilkeary will be closed daily from 07:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs, for three days from Monday 25th August to Wednesday 27th August.

Traffic to and from Nenagh are advised to use the R445 (formerly N7) and R499 regional roads via Toomevara.

One way traffic will be maintained. There may be some traffic delays during the work.

N75 Liberty Square to Anner Hotel Road Improvement Scheme

Please note that starting during the week commencing on Monday, 25th August, there will be temporary traffic management measures in place in the vicinity of the Mill Road roundabout on the N75 national secondary road in Thurles.

This traffic management is provided to facilitate the installation of new traffic calming measures as part of the N75 Liberty Square to Anner Hotel Road Pavement Scheme.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate the Correct alignment issues in the track that is going through Level Crossing XN122
