Community Grow Gardens and Allotments

Community Grow Gardens and Allotments support health and wellbeing in many ways. They encourage regular physical activity, improve access to fresh, nutritious food, and provide welcoming spaces for people to connect, learn, and spend time outdoors. By strengthening social connections and supporting positive mental wellbeing, community growing helps create healthier, more resilient individuals and communities in line with Healthy Ireland priorities.
