Tipperary Cahir Cashel Municipal District is pleased to invite applications for the Local Environmental Action Fund (LEAF), a new community grant initiative supporting environmental and climate action projects.

Key Details of the Fund

• Funding Available: Grants up to €5,000
• Eligible Applicants: Tidy Towns and similar voluntary community groups registered with their local Public Participation Network (PPN)
• Project Focus: Climate action and/or environmental enhancement projects

Key Terms and Conditions (Summary)

• Projects must demonstrate clear environmental benefit and community impact.
• Collaboration with other local groups or stakeholders is encouraged.
• Successful applicants will be required to submit:
  • Before and after photographs
  • Receipted invoices and proof of payment
  • A final impact report outlining activities, outcomes, and expenditure
• Grant payments will issue only where all scheme conditions are fully complied with, and works are completed in accordance with the approved application.
