Must be within the town or village with a population of more than 400 people.
Available at a discount, maximum of €30,000, on the market value of the site.
Qualifying criteria in order of priority are:
- First time buyer/Fresh Start Principle or
- those who are older/have a disability, or
- anyone who is moving from their current home to a town or village.
