Tipperary Sports Club Support Package 2025.

This package comprises of 4 weeks of workshops for coaches/volunteers.

• Every Wednesday night in November from 7.30pm to 9pm (2 in person and 2 online sessions).  Inperson sessions will take place in TUS Campus, Thurles and the online sessions will be on zoom.

   

• November 5th (How to use Stats & Data Information in Sport with Dr. Damien Young) -(In Person)
• November 12th (Sports Nutrition with Aaron Grant) - Online zoom
• November 19th (Strength & Conditioning in Sports with Padraig Roche) - In person TUS Campus, Thurles
• November 26th (Sports Psychology with Dr. Marion Geary) - Online zoom

• The cost of the above package is €40 plus booking fee
