Is struchtúr cosanta é struchtúr a bhfuil spéis ailtireachta, stairiúil, seandálaíochta, ealaíne, cultúrtha, eolaíochta, sóisialta nó teicniúil ag baint leis.

Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS) 2026 and Historic Thatch Buildings (HTB) 2026

James Browne, TD, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, has today 25th July, 2025 announced the continued implementation of the Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS) 2026 for the repair and conservation of protected structures, along with the Historic Thatch Buildings (HTB) 2026 funding for the conservation of historic thatched buildings.

Applications for both schemes should be made directly by email to planning@tipperarycoco.ie or by post to Planning Section, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 N512.

The closing date for receipt of applications is 4pm on Friday 26th September, 2025.  Please note incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date cannot be accepted.
