As part of European Week of Sport, Tipperary Sports Partnership are holding a once off taster session of Activator Walking for older adults in Cashel on September 24th from 2pm to 3pm at Cashel Courthouse. This class promotes:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Balance
- Aerobic fitness
It is an excellent tool for pre/post hip or knee surgery
The class will be delivered by a specialised tutor.
Please ensure that you wear comfortable clothing and footwear, activator poles will be provided.
