We are delighted to host a once off taster session of Activator Walking for older adults in Roscrea on Thursday May, 21st at 11am for one hour at Roscrea GAA Grounds.
This class promotes:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Balance
- Aerobic fitness
It is an excellent tool for pre/post hip or knee surgery
The class will be delivered by a specialised tutor.
Please ensure that you wear comfortable clothing and footwear, activator poles will be provided.
