ROADWORKS SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT ORDER
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 that Tipperary County Council, exercises its powers vested under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 and in the interest of Road Safety, has made an order as follows; to introduce a Temporary Road Traffic 50km/hr Speed Limit, by way of Road Works Speed Limit Orders to facilitate road works as specified in the Schedule below: -

The Road Works Speed Limit Order will be effective from Thursday 20 June to Thursday 19 June 2025 both dates inclusive.
Representations in relation to this order may be made in writing to the Roads Department, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
