Have Your Say - Proposed Variation No. 1 to the Tipperary County Development Plan 2022-2028

Tipperary County Council has prepared a Proposed Draft Variation No. 1 to the Tipperary County Development Plan 2022-2028. 

The purpose of the proposed variation is to increase the amount of land zoned for residential purposes across the county in order to maximise our development capacity and accelerate housing supply in accordance with the Government’s housing growth targets. 

The proposed variation is on public display from 20th March 2026 to 20th April 2026 (4pm). You can view the associated documents and maps, and make your submission at the following link to the consultation portal.
