NOTICE OF EXTINGUISHMENT
SECTION OF A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
ROADS ACT 1993
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tipperary County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 as amended, proposes to make an order Extinguishing a section of the Public Right of Way on the L-41511 at Ballybeg, Littleton, Co. Tipperary (approximately 899m in length).
A copy of a map indicating the section of public right of way (outlined in red), proposed to be extinguished can be inspected at the Thurles Municipal District Office, Civic Offices, Castle Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, from Monday 15 September 2025 to Monday 13 October 2025 inclusive from 09:30am – 04:30pm (Excluding Bank Holidays) or by visiting www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Objections or Representations in relation to such proposal may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation not later than 12 noon Tuesday 28 October 2025.
