Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the road in the following estate to be a public road;
- Westgate Court, Irishtown Road, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
A map showing details of Westgate Court, Irishtown Road, Clonmel, may be inspected at the Clonmel Borough Office, Civic Offices, Emmet Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Monday 20 October 2025 to Tuesday 18 November 2025 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 02 December 2025.
