Tipperary Sports Partnership are hosting a 6 week Activator programme for Older Adults at Ormond Castle Park, Carrick on Suir This programme starts on Wednesday 7th of May at 3pm This programme is now Fully Booked 

This session promotes: Strength, mobility, balance and aerobic fitness It is also an excellent tool for pre/post hip or knee surgery The session will be delivered by a specialised tutor and activator poles will be provided.
