Intention To Close Roads To Facilitate The Circuit Of Munster Stages Rally 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED • L5102 To the junction with the L5101
• L5101 from the limerick county bounds to the junction with the L5105
• L5105 from the junction with the L5101 to the junction with the L1152
• L1152 from the junction with the L5105 to the junction with the L1151
• L5110 from the junction with the L1151 to the junction with the L1151
• L1151 from the junction with the L5110 to the junction with the L510
• L510 from the junction with the L1151 to the junction with the L5101
205 Meters at each Junction will be closed for a safety area.
PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: 08:33hrs to 18:30hrs on Sunday 31 May 2026.
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: Local diversions will be in place for the duration of the event and will be signposted.
REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate the Circuit of Munster Stages Motor Rally 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council has made an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED N62 at the AIB Bank, O’Donovan Rossa Street, Thurles, Co Tipperary.
PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: 06:00hrs to 20:00hrs on Sunday 17 May 2026, Sunday 24 May 2026 and Sunday 31 May 2026.
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: Traffic will be diverted via L-4026-0 Cúchulann Road turning left onto R498 Parnell Street.

HGV traffic will be diverted via the L-4039-0 Jimmy Doyle Road.
REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate painting to the exterior of the AIB Bank.

REASON FOR CLOSURE: To facilitate the Installation of watermain for Uisce Eireann upgrade
