Arts in Education Programmes

Local authorities, together with other stakeholders, may run music, art and theatre programmes in schools to encourage students to take part in the arts and give them an opportunity to perform.

Artist in Primary School Scheme 2026

The scheme provides funding to a professional artist of any discipline to work in a school for 50 hours on a project designed collaboratively between the school and the artist.

Prints for Schools

An exhibition of thirty two contemporary prints by Irish artists is available on loan from the Tipperary Arts Office for cultural and educational purposes.
